Building Project

We are pleased to announce that on 30th April 2012 we completed the purchase of our new Gurdwara and Community Centre building. We have also been successful in gaining planning consent for change of use for this building from industrial use to community use. The new building is located at 35-37 St James Mill Road and boasts circa 12,000sq ft of building and over 120 car parking spaces.

The local Sikh community has been searching for an alternative site for the past 7 years, therefore this is seen as a great achievement for the community. The current internal design of the building is taking place and work will commence in the next few months to convert this building into a building that can be used as a Gurdwara and Community Centre.
Please continue to check this site for regular updates.
